Winter Weddings in the BarnOur all inclusive wedding package is available from mid-November to early April. This package includes setup, catering, bar service, after party, overnight accommodations and breakfast for the guests of the Bed & Breakfast.
Visit the InnWe welcome visits to Five Bridge for a first hand look at our facility and its amenities. Unless occupied, the B & B rooms are open for inspection as are the common areas and all outside areas. Those interested in weddings can see our complete album of pictures and some videos of past events. Tours must are scheduled in advance and should take approximately one hour, but may take longer; we wish to devote adequate time to address any questions you may have.

Can I visit the Five Bridge Inn?
Yes, we welcome everyone to come visit the Inn and Grounds; see if our venue is the right canvas for your perfect day. All visits must be scheduled in advance so that we may provide the best service to all our guests.
Is Five Bridge Inn handicap accessible?
Yes. Please inquire about specific accommodations.
Are Service Dogs permitted at Five Bridge Inn?
Yes. Five Bridge Inn welcomes you and your service dog to our Inn and Grounds. Please inform your host that you will be attending with your service animal so that any preparations or additional accommodations, if necessary, can be made in advance.
Are pets allowed at Five Bridge Inn?
Five Bridge Inn is a pet friendly venue! Many of our couples have included their four-legged family members in their special day. Pets must have proper care and a designated caregiver and a pet deposit will be required. Ask about details.
Can the fireplaces be used?
Our fireplaces have been set up with special inserts that are approved by the fire marshal’s office.
Will we be allowed to use the pool?
The pool is available for the guests of the Inn during daytime hours only. The pool is closed at night.
Can I join the fitness classes on site during my stay?
Absolutely! Class fees vary by class and are payable to the instructor at the time of attendance. Some classes require pre-registration and fill up quickly, so be sure to check ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Wedding & Event Questions
How many guests can the Five Bridge Inn accommodate?
Our main tent is set up to accommodate a maximum of 300 guests. Our barn accommodates a maximum of 125 guests.
Is there parking available?
Yes, There is ample parking in our lot.
What is the time frame for my event?
Early check-in is at 8:00AM. Room check-in is at 1:00PM. Continental breakfast is from 8:00AM – 9:00AM. Check-out is at 9:00AM.
Can I have my ceremony at the Five Bridge Inn?
Yes, we have many location options available to choose from.
Where will my reception be at the Five Bridge Inn?
You can have a wedding reception in the Tent or the Barn.
Can I use any caterer?
All Caterers must obtain a license from the Town of Rehoboth. Licensed, full-service caterers only (no take-out or drop-off food). See our Catering Policy below.
Can I have alcohol at Five Bridge Inn.
Bartending service is provided through Five Star Bartending Service only, unless prior arrangements have been made between Five Bridge Inn and your caterer.
Does the Five Bridge Inn offer catering or additional in house services?
Five Bridge Inn has a variety of services available including; late night pizza by KP Grille, cooked outdoors in a wood fired oven; rehearsal dinner or brunch in the Barn. Ask about these additional options available to you as a guest of Five Bridge Inn.
I have my own decorator, do I have to hire the Five Bridge Inn’s decorator?
Outside vendors, decorators and/or coordinators are allowed to decorate the venue. Vendors must be licensed and insured and need to fill out proper paperwork with the proprietor prior to the event date.
Can I bring my decorations and other wedding or event items early?
No, you may not bring or store items on the premises until the day of your event. We do not have the ability to accommodate anything earlier than that.
Can I move or remove the antique furniture from the tent for my event?
It is possible, but there will be a $300.00 fee if you want to have any of the antique furniture moved or removed.
Are candles allowed at the Five Bridge Inn?
Candles may only be used if the flame is enclosed in glass. Example: Votives, Hurricanes, Floating candles etc. Tapers and Candelabras are not permitted. No flame of any kind is allowed in the Barn.
Can I bring sparklers, set off fireworks, or release Chinese lanterns at my event?
No. Flames of any kind are not permitted. Sparklers, fireworks, and Chinese lanterns are not allowed.
Can I throw Rice or Rose Petals?
REAL flower petals are the only item allowed to be thrown during the ceremony. Rice, silk flower petals, or any other item, are NOT allowed to be thrown.
Do you allow glitter or confetti?
No! Glitter, confetti, or anything like it is NOT allowed anywhere on the property. If you have specific questions or concerns about this, contact Ann Messenger.
Can I set up horseshoes or lawn darts?
No, the grounds at Five Bridge Inn offer many areas to set up lawn games however, for the safety of you, your guests, and our staff, horseshoes and lawn darts are not allowed.
What do we do in the event of a rain shower?
The staff at Five Bridge Inn do everything possible to keep all guests as comfortable as possible during imperfect weather. We have a covered ceremony area and we supply an ample amount of oversized umbrellas to assist in staying dry when traveling to and from uncovered areas. A large portion of our event areas are covered and/or have side walls for additional protection against unpleasant elements.
Can I take photos on site before my wedding date?
Yes! As a complimentary service to our couples, you may coordinate a time to come onsite before your wedding to take photos for engagement announcements and/or save the date cards.
What if my guests need assistance traveling from the ceremony site to the reception site?
Five Bridge Inn can transport guests by golf cart. Let us know what you will need and we can make arrangements to assist your guests.
Do I need to provide a list of my vendors to Five Bridge Inn?
Yes. Prior to your event, you will need to supply a list of all vendors scheduled to be on-site at your event. All vendors must arrange in advance to provide appropriate contact info and/or licensing/permitting necessary.
Do I need to provide a list of guests staying at Five Bridge Inn?
Yes. Prior to your event, you will need to provide Five Bridge Inn with 1) a list of guests who will be staying at the Inn, 2) which rooms your guests will be occupying, and 3) the license plate and vehicle information for each vehicles that will be parked in the lot overnight. Policies, Rules & Regulations
- All vendors must be licensed and insured and need to fill out proper paperwork with the proprietor prior to the event date. Please provide Five Bridge Inn with a list of your vendors as soon as possible.
- Event-day insurance is required
- Flames of any kind are not allowed on the premises. Sparklers, Fireworks, Chinese Fire Lanterns, Tiki Torches etc. (open flames of any kind) are not permitted on the property due to fire codes and safety hazards.
- All caterers must be approved by James Messenger or already on our recommended list.
- All caterers must provide proof of license and provide full-service catering.
- All caterers must agree to the Five Bridge Inn policies and rental fees for equipment use.
- All caterers are responsible for the setup of tables, chairs, and any tableware/decor.
- All caterers are responsible for trash removal after the reception
- All bar services must be approved by James Messenger.
- All bar services must provide a valid liquor license and proof of insurance.
- No pouring services are allowed.
- Decorations placed/hung/setup on ground level up to 6′ above ground may be setup by anyone.
- Insurance regulations mandate that any and all decorations placed/hung/setup above the 6′ mark must be put in place by an insured company. This policy is set in place to protect all those that work at and/or guests of The Five Bridge Inn.
- If you are planning on decorating above the 6′ mark: You must either hire an outside decor company who must provide valid insurance documents. Important Decor Notes:
- REAL flower petals are the only item allowed to be thrown during the ceremony.
- Rice, silk flower petals, or any other item, are NOT allowed to be thrown.
- Glitter of any kind is PROHIBITED!
