GPT 45:
Group exercise is fun and affordable. Personal training is effective and brings your fitness knowledge to a new level. Group Personal Training is the best of both worlds. 45 is a great starting point for those who have taken time off from exercise or for athletes who have trained really hard and want a workout less aggressive.

GPT 90: **Requires Pre-Registration**
A more advanced session. Workouts are never the same. You may walk, run, (non-traditional) strength train, bike, jump in the pool for non-swim cardio and yoga/plates. Class is unstructured to accommodate busy schedules. Participants may start their training at each half hour interval.

GPT Yoga:
Personal training yoga is individualized. The trainer is focused on alignment proper form and technique and the client receives extra attention. The result is a better knowledge of yoga postures and practice. Emphasis on strength building. If you are an experienced yoga practitioner, you will learn how to make your practice more effective. If you are new to yoga this is an non-intimidating forum to learn. Additional time before class available at no additional cost for questions or reviewing postures.

GPT Kids:
Combine fun with fitness during this class for kids of any age. Tag, tug-of-war, kickball, tennis, yoga.. It’s recess!

Learning to incorporate a viable workout into your daily stroll is a challenge. While it isn’t fancy, it takes hard work to turn you daily walk into your daily workout. Learn the ways and methods to vamp up your walks. It will still be fun; it will just be more effective.

A strength/cardio class like no other. Fitness anywhere? YES! Hate those boring nautilus machines? Leave your apprehensions at the door and make your body the machine! Oh and be prepared to laugh!

20/20/20:
A Brisk class starting with 20 minutes of light aerobic/strength/stretch warm-up followed by a 20 minute varied strength program incorporating dumbells, bodybar, Kettlebell, resistance tubes ect followed by a 20 minute spin class. A quick all inclusive workout.
(An aquatic exercise segment in the pool may replace the cardio portion of this class in acceptable weather, aquatic exercise will always be the last portion of the class so please bring appropriate attire for the pool)

Strength/Cardio:
Increase muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance using a variety of controlled exercises. Weights, kettle bell, bars,tubing and much more will be used to develop and strengthen the entire body. This class is for all fitness levels.

Utilize dumbbells, bodybars, and core strength training techniques designed for muscle tone and optimum body shaping.

Strength & Balance:
Based on the Brooks Effective Strength Program. Incorporates free weights, bosu ball balance training, stretch tubes, medicine ball ect. A 10 minute stretch-flexibility session follows the class. A great program for couples. Held outdoors in good weather.

Summer Splash: **Requires Pre-Registration**
A fun high energy aquatic class held in the pool. Water aerobics, aquatic weight and strength training, vertical aquatic exercise and water vollyball are some of the activities planned for this class. When exercising in waist to chest deep water 50 to 80% of the stress to one’s joints and bones is absorbed creating a safer and more comfortable workout, stress on the lower back is released and posture, body alignment and range of motion are dramatically increased. Bathing suits, shorts/T-shirts, wet suit shorts/tops are all acceptable attire for this class.
(Please bring a towel. Showers are available)

Moving Meditation:
Enjoy the meditative calm of our surroundings as we connect our mind, body, and spirit with our natural environment. Class will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Simple Qi Gong exercises will start the morning to promote the movement of Qi (energy) through the body. These are gentle exercises and breathing techniques that increase general health and reduce levels of stress. The class will end with moving meditation practice.

Tai Chi & Meditation $120.00

Tai Chi:
This class begins with a warm-up consisting of gentle stretching, movement and breathing exercises. Individual and group instruction will focus on Tai Chi principles and postures and their applications. New movements are taught and old ones are reviewed allowing for individualized progression. Emphasis is placed on the traditional principles of Tai Chi and in learning the Form. The slow, graceful movements and controlled breathing harmonize energy flow in the body.

Hatha Yoga Intermediate:
This class will help develop a strong practice done for purification as well mental and physical health. The class draws upon a variety of styles such as Baptiste, BKS Iyengar, Ashtanga and Tripichore. The focus will include developing flexibility, strength and balance. Classes may incorporate advanced asanas such as inversions and arm balances, backbending and hip opening. In addition, each class will incorporate core work to develop a strong back and abdominals. Modifications will be given to make every yogi feel successful. Emphasis will also be given to those working on growing their personal practice.

Yoga for Golfers:
This class will help golfers gain strength, flexibility, balance and focus. The poses will be geared to assist golfers in achieving a greater range of motion, such as trunk rotation and shoulder mobility. We will integrate standing poses, seated twists, and mat work to provide a full body work out. Modifications will be given so that all levels can participate actively. Yoga’s mindfulness and focus on breath will also help participants to relax and improve their concentration. Although poses will be geared toward golfers, all are welcome.

Slow Flow Yoga:
The emphasis in this class will be to incorporate traditional poses into a flowing sequence that gently builds flexibility, balance and strength. Students will work on moving consciously with their breath and gaining body and self awareness as a result. A strong focus will be placed on learning correct form for those who are new to yoga.

Yoga Fusion: (BEGINS JULY 1)
This class will integrate the mindfulness and stretching of yoga with a full body workout. It is geared to improve upper and lower body strength, tone the core, strengthen the back, and create longer and leaner muscle mass. A variety of equipment such as light free weights, weighted balls and bands will be used to keep the class fun and challenging.
All levels are welcome. If you’re looking to shape up, lose weight or mix up your work out, this will be a great class for you!

Classes held outdoors in good weather!
Entry to Moderate. Set to upbeat music. Burn 400-500 calories a class. Special tutoring for entry level students.

Spin/Core: **Requires Pre-Registration**
Combines a Spin ride with Core Training exercises that strengthen and stabilize the muscles needed for more efficiency during spinning, cycling and everyday life activities.

Personal training sessions with Dennis can be individual or in groups no larger than 4 people. Email Dennis to make an appointment and start your Personal Training sessions!

Yoga For One with Maryellen:
Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the student. Today, a private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

Private Yoga is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Private lessons provide the perfect setting to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. You can work with the teacher of your choice or we can match a teacher to meet your expressed needs. Private Yoga can help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, answer questions and provide guidance.

After private sessions, you will step back on your yoga mat with more confidence.
