We strive to make sure each catering vendor has the right equipment to make an event a true success. Some caterers are equipped with their own traveling equipment, but for those who do not have access, and in an effort to create the best experience for our guests and vendors, we have recently installed* new equipment on-site for our catering vendors.
As of July 2015, and due to the nature of the Inn, the grounds, maintenance and insurance regulations; any rental equipment from third-party vendors is restricted and must be approved by the proprietor prior to the event. If you have any questions at all, or need equipment approval for an upcoming event, please contact Ann Messenger.

• Tent Heater: $50 (80,000 BTU)

• 650lb Ice-O-Matic Ice Maker
• 6 Burner Gas Range
• 3 Tray Steam Table
• Cocktail Hour Beverage Haul Service
• Wash Bins, Hot Water, Refrigeration
*All kitchen/catering equipment at the Five Bridge Inn is available to our vendors during the wedding season.
