Each instructor is professionally trained, certified and insured.
Personal training and small group classes happen at various times throughout the week. Our most up to date schedule can always be found online. Classes vary depending on instructor availability, class enrollment and season. Join our mailing list to keep up to date with our latest news, events and schedule.
Any questions about our fitness programs or general inquiries should go to our fitness coordinator, Dennis Bell.
