The Fitness Program at the Center begins with a comprehensive evaluation by one of our certified personal trainers. Your goals are discussed, and a plan of action is outlined.
REMEMBER THAT BRIDAL PARTY MEMBERS AND PARENTS MAY WANT TO JOIN THE FUN! Group training packages are available as well.

Your wedding site does not have to be Five Bridge Inn to participate in our fitness packages.
All packages are different depending on the bride's needs and time available for training.
For accurate pricing, a consultation with one of our personal trainers is necessary. This can be started through phone or email, and will most likely involve a short one on one meeting for proper assessment.
